Description

I got this but have never even opened it till now. Am selling this as is, NEW & UNUSED, with papers and parts pictured, 'cause I've no wish to go DCC; am content with analog controls. I suppose it plugs into a regular 115 volt outlet; don't know the voltage or whether it uses/converts AC to DC or what. I suppose it works on HO or N scale layouts. A word about eBay's calculated shipping cost - it's not accurate. The carton is over 3 pounds in weight and I'll pay for US Postal or UPS, insured, for domestic shipping. It is also available locally, first come, first served.
