LIONEL 6-32998 LIONEL HOBBY SHOP OPERATING & LIGHTED ACCESSORY/BUILDING L/N A very cool building for your O-gauge layout with phenomenal lighting and 3 minature operating train layouts. One of Lionel's best designed buildings. I have listed the building as “used” but it presents as new. The original box presents as new. I purchased this building but never installed it on our layout. This building was never displayed on our layout. The building was stored in its box under our layout in a climate controlled room. The building was removed from the box, tested and photographed for this auction. (See pictures in auction and You Tube video (link below)). The building lights up and operates as designed as evidenced by the You Tube video. Adult signature required at delivery. UPS declared value coverage will be purchased based upon the value of the time. The building will be carefully packed in full compliance with UPS packaging requirements. The box will be large. Please do not email about the cost of shipping. Sellers do not control the price of shipping Ebay does. The building is located in Phoenix Arizona. If the building will be shipped to the East coast please keep in mind most areas on the East coast are over 1,800 miles away from Phoenix, gas is at an all time high and inflation is as high as it’s been since the 1980’s. All of this factors into the cost of shipping. Ordinarily I do not charge for packaging/handling. However, due to the value of this building and the extra ordinary measures that will be taken for packaging a $25.00 handling charge will apply to this auction. I'm thinning out the herd after years of collecting. I have more MTH Rail King, MTH Premier and Lionel cars and locomotives coming to Ebay over the next several months.
