2 City Row Buildings, N Scale For sale is a lot of 2 mixed use city buildings in N scale: tailor and antique shop downstairs, apartments upstairs. Not glued together - can be placed as shown or anywhere on your layout. Both buildings have been weathered and detailed. They were made to look like they've been around a bit, but not completely run-down. We've added numerous figurines, planters, utility meters, trashcans, parking meters, fire hydrant, mailbox, and street lights with parking signs. On the back, there are spots with painted over "graffiti" and even a boarded-up window. Both building roofs have received some love in the form of painted roof details, AC unit and even a roof-top patio complete with a bench, flower pots, and a fence. As a bonus, I'm including 2 weathered commercial dumpsters (own work, available separately in my store). Can be used with the buildings or placed elsewhere on your layout. Ship assembled, as shown. The corner building measures about 1.75" x 3.5" at the base. The second building is about 1.5" x 3.5" at the base. Both stand about 3.5" tall. Photos are of the actual items for sale.
