3-Story Apartment Building, N Scale For sale a modern 3-story apartment building with a lively roof deck. Carefully assembled from kit, it has been enhanced with paints and details such as hot tub, figurines, benches, planters, tables and utility meters. Bonus items include 2 custom-made commercial dumpsters (see my other listings if you need more of these) and 5 customized cars (painted headlights, tail lights, license plates, etc). Measures approximately 2.25" x 3" at the base. Stands about 3" tall. Photos are of the actual item for sale. If you have any questions or concerns, please ask them before buying the item.
